Purchased a shirt online which arrived with a hole in the side. Called this store as it is close to me and was able to seamlessly exchange the online bought product with one in store. What was originally a bad experience turned into a good experience with the ease of the exchange and the store’s understanding of the situation. Thank you!
Edina assisted over the weekend to select a suit for a special occasion. She was thoughtful, experienced and to the T with regards to selection of outfit and style. Great colour co-ordination and in matching styles to meet or preferences. The store is stylish and well presented.
