Dr. Tarnoff has helped me balance my body, decrease my pain, and increase my comfort when doing activities such as walking and exercising. She takes a whole body approach and keeps patient comfort paramount. I really recommend her if you just want to feel better!
Dr Tarnoff has been very good at addressing how to ease the discomfort I was experiencing consistently prior to my seeing her. Back issues are difficult to address but after every visit I definitely feel better and my mobility has improved because of the treatment. I highly recommend her services

If you are thinking about booking an appointment with Dr.Tarnoff, Do it! I first started seeing Dr. Tarnoff while I was pregnant because of a pulled back muscle (not fun). She reassured me she could take care of it and educated me on the benefits of webstar prenatal. During our time, we worked on creating pelvic balance and movement and allowing the baby to grow and be in the best position possible for delivery.
