This review is for the receptionist and the overall process. I saw a couple of doctors here who are good and very helpful. However, there should be proper training for the receptionists. Someone just told me that my son is not registered in their clinic even if he's already been there. She didn't even check twice. So we ended the call. I have found the doctors at Tarneit West Medical Centre to be very good, professional, and caring. However, the reception service is quite poor, both at the desk and over the phone. The way reception staff speak to patients often comes across as rude. Phone calls are not handled politely, and at times patients are left feeling dismissed rather than supported. The doctors provide excellent care, but the reception experience lets the centre down and needs serious improvement.
The worst waiting times for a dr. They have no idea how to run the place. Some people come in are seen straight away, some have to wait for an hour for a medical cert or referral. It ridiculous, go somewhere else.
I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received here. The staff here go above and beyond – from the warm welcome at reception to the attentive, thorough doctors who truly listen. They don’t just treat symptoms, they take the time to understand the whole picture and make you feel supported throughout the process.
The staff are always friendly, patient, and happy to help, no matter how busy it gets. The doctors take the time to really listen and never make you feel rushed, which means a lot. They explain things in a way that’s easy to understand and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.
