I had my first appointment with Dr. Fouzia Kashem and can confidently say she is the best doctor I’ve met. She is warm, friendly, efficient, and highly professional. I felt truly listened to and cared for, and will gladly continue my care with her.
Please use a a long consult, only when it’s necessary.
Dr Ali spent little time on my problem and more about discussing political issues in my country, but I was surprised that the reception told me that he billed me for a long consult. I found it unethical.
I've been here twice and both times, I was seen by Dr. Naveed Hassan, who was exceptional. He always greeted me with a smile and took his time to see me and explained matters thoroughly. He accomodated my questions with efficiency. Overall, I am very satisfied with his care. The receptionist and the nurse were also good.
This clinic is full of best Doctors specially Dr Naveed Hassan but the reception staff specially Renae or name similar to it she is worse no words to describe her attitude and behaviour as she is doing it on regular basis don’t know still she is have job
