Very disappointing experience. Dr Nusrat Parveen handled my child situation very poorly. After a vaccination done at this clinic, my little one started vomiting, not normal. Naturally, I contacted the clinic for advice and support, expecting proper guidance from a doctor. Instead of taking responsibility or helping properly, I was told by the doctor that if I am not happy, I should go to a bigger hospital like Royal Melbourne Hospital for vaccinations next time. The reception girls especially the blonde one they are so rude,unhelpful and no friendly. So bad
My mother visited Dr. Nusrat Parveen for back pain, and the experience was awful. The doctor was rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy at all. She did not listen to the problem and kept rushing the appointment as if she just wanted to get rid of the patient as quickly as possible. Instead of trying to help, she seemed more interested in making the patient come back again and again.
