What's the point of booking appointments when people with walk-in appointment takes priority? If you want to see the doctor on time, just do a walk-in appointment. The staff doesn't care if you have prior appointment booking.
No value of online appointments, they make people wait even after having appointment and will allow walkins without appointment go see doctor. Is it a joke? People are waiting with valid appointments waiting and wasting time. Very bad and unorganised and unprofessional behaviour.
