Great service and a great product, Ben is fantastic to deal with!
Am reviewing as a paying customer... Have had my car tuned by Ben for the past year or so & it's been ok... Every car is different & responds to tuning differently & I understand that. But when you make a booking to get software removed from your car in order to go to VW to get warranty work done & he doesn't show up after you've taken a day off of work & driven 40+ mins even after trying to confirm the day before, that's a bit of a dick move.
