Not happy with this place at all. Took a week and half car breaking down on me twice for them to figure out what they thought was wrong with car. They put a $1500 converter on car didn’t fix issue then a sensor didn’t fix broke down and then a pump. That fixed that issue at the time. Car still acts up and $3000 later car still not working properly. The mechanic explained everything step by step without making it sound complicated, which I appreciated. Repairs were done the same day, and they even cleaned the engine bay lightly after finishing. Wayne was honest and communicative! My daughter's car broke down on the side of the road 2 hours from home and a friend recommended the Tarleton Oak Service Center. Wayne got her car taken care of within 48 hours and even stayed late so we could come pick it up. Then when my other car had a issue as we were driving away, he came back to help. He is a true gem! We will absolutely not hesitate to go back.
