I'm giving this truck service shop 2 Stars not because they did not fix my truck but because of lack of communication and RIPPING Apeople off. I had my truck towed to them because of air leak problem and ASKED them to call me before they fix the truck, but they never did. When they got done I was hit with a bill of $1,125. When I asked what they fixed on the truck, there was no good explanation. And I was told I have to pay the whole amount ASAP or they will close and drop my driver Motel somewhere. Fast response on a early morning , but the task was simple pin missing and still charged a hr service , I’m in management and everyone time is money $$$ I get it but thought this will keep me from going back know it was a simple pin missing. Thank you for your time though.
