Washington County owns this property but They hired Key property Management that doesn’t care about residents to even answer emails and phone calls! Like our Manager Rosa is supposed to be in charge of this apt complex but she has a bad attitude towards residence, when you ask her about something to do with the property or something else she just stare at you! She doesn’t even like her job, she tell everyone that. I am so grateful that we finally did get a remodel. All the residents have a clean place to live. Ty! GOD

LMC construction lied about not replacing my carpet and other things that wasn’t done. I am so grateful that we finally did get a remodel. I have a clean place to live.

Newly refurbished beautiful inside both the interior of the apartments and the interior of the hallways. This is now a secured location. Key fobs are needed to get in. No homeless living here.
