Receptionist is a very cold person. You would think she would know how to be kinder to patients. Every time I come she seems to be in a bad mood. She don’t understand we coming to see Doctor for health reasons and it might be a traumatic situation. Her attitude stinks.
I was the only person in the office other than the staff. I have anxiety so I cannot wear my mask over my nose, this is an issue with the desk person every time I go. I explained the issue and she was rude. They ask me and I tell them I can't do it. when I walked up she was on the phone and then she did not even want to take my name, acted offended when I told her I was there to check-in.
