Dr. Tariq Hamid saved my husband. My husband was in Advent Health Ocala and suffered a stroke. According to the NIHSS score it was severe. The medical team immediately gave him TNK and then assessed again. He was then transferred to the Interventional Radiology Suite where Dr. Hamid performed a thrombectomy. “What an AMAZING DR” Dr. Hamid treats his patients and their families as though they were his own! We never felt as though it was our first time meeting him. I don’t know that I have ever experienced a Dr quite like Dr Hamid. The procedure that I needed was a very complex one. Dr Hamid explained it in detail during my consultation. He then held a second consultation so that my wife and daughters could attend. After we talked with him we agreed to have it done.
