Very unprofessional and uncaring to one's needs. Has no one but himself working and living in his office which is completely unorganized and out of date to the point it looks like an office you would see in a third world country. He is very unethical and I'm sure violating a ton of hippa laws and guidelines since anyone and everyone can hear and see everyone else while waiting.
