I highly suggest that you do not sign a contract with this company. There is a lot of fine print. Their standard term is 60 months and then they automatically renew you for another 60 months. We've had terrible service and complained multiple times, but told those don't count because they weren't done in writing certified return receipt. Stuck in a contract with this company for 45 more months and spend about 30-45 minutes weekly dealing with counting the linen order and getting them to bring us the linens that we actually s... read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! – A small business owner in Asheville, Revive Day Spa. Their Salesman came to solicit my business. My first response was to say no, we provide our own laundry service. (which I alrealy truly did). they then said, If i would give them a chance to break into the Asheville Market, they would give me a great deal. 80. a week for linen service. Horrible Customer Service – While suffering from a terrible illness, Tarheel Linen hung us out to dry! They changed the terms of our contract without contacting us. The do not return phone calls, and their contract is for their benefit only. Running a small business is tough, but people like Tarheel Linen Service make things more difficult. I have been on disability over the past year and have had to endure a lawsuit by these people for terminating the contract before it was over. They DO NOT "treat you like family" – Do NOT use this linen company! They will shoot a line about being part of their “family”. Don’t buy it! My husband was in the hospital in ICU, my Dad was at Hospice and I was trying to run a restaurant. I came in one day to no linens! After 3 days of unreturned phone calls, I was informed they changed my terms to COD. No one notified me! I had to purchase linens to operate my business.
