Went to TarHeel Auto after my neighbor told me about the excellent service. The young man at the counter was very respectful and listened to my concerns. Afterward he indicated they would take care of it, checking for any other problems related to the system, and a call would be made when they completed the job. Returning I found my car outside, went inside, spoke a little while, (talking as if we were neighbors for some time), paid an extremely reasonable bill, and then drove away quite satisfied. Had them install a drop kit and put some tires on. They did all the work and aligned it no problem. Great work all around and very happy with them. Highly recommended.
