Helped me with custom cabinet project. Very happy.
Quoted us and gave the impression things would move forward. First deadline was missed with no contact. Took me following up several times to reconfirm we were indeed still in route. Thereafter, we heard nothing more from them. They completely disappeared after giving the impression they were committed to the job. Nearly a month and a half was wasted in waiting on a commitment that wasn’t even there. A total inconvenience and not a good look for any company.
