I’ve had the pleasure of having your service representative Tim Hix handle the repair and continued repair of my refrigerator. I own my own business as an Allstate agent owner and I have to tell you he is a diamond in the rough outstanding customer service skills, professionalism, and knowledge the world needs more of Tim’s!!!
Overall a great experience. Putting aside my gripe with the warranty company/process, I was very happy with my service from the team and Tarheel. Professional, friendly, and fast!

Zack and the team at Tarheel Appliance Repair quickly came out to my house to help when my fridge went down. They were able to tell my wife the issue within 10 minutes, thoroughly explained the next steps, and were incredibly respectful while in my home. We're thankful they quickly got us connected with the warranty company to help manage our expectations for that process. 10/10 recommend!
