We needed an internal light repair on our new dishwasher and Tarheel Appliance Repair sent their technician Tim to assess the issue and fix the light. Tim provided prompt, friendly, professional and customer-focused service. Tim fixed what was a loose wire connection and our issue was resolved. Should we need an appliance repair in the future, we would not hesitate to contact Tarheel Appliance Repair.
We had an issue with the front control panel on our GE refrigerator. It was covered under warranty. Zack ordered the needed part and replaced it in a reasonable amount of time.
