Tarheel Appliance drug out and misdiagnosed a simple fix for a clothes washer over 3 months. The technician recommended a full rebuild of the washer, then left us in the dark without returning any phone calls for weeks on end. They never answer their phones, never listen to messages, and when they do answer, they are very unprofessional.
