Very calming and relaxing. Was able to tell me my problem areas and give me recommendations. I have and will recommend.
I got a great massage that hit all of the areas where I was having trouble. I felt much better afterwards.
I had a great experience and the massage was what I needed! Communication before, during and after my massage were great and all areas of concern were addressed appropriately. Bernadette really listened to my body and spent time on areas that needed extra TLC. 10/10 would recommend!
