Excellent quality equipment, the space is private and immaculately clean. Steve is great, offering personalized plan with attainable goals. Highly recommend!
Steve is honestly the best he has giving me so much knowledge about the body that no trainer has ever taken the time to explain. On top of that he makes it simple and effective. I love his work and his place is very clean and nice. Highly recommended!!
I've been going to Target Zone Fitness for about three years. I was having problems with back pain and my doctor recommended Target Zone Fitness. I go to the gym three mornings a week. My back pain has decreased significantly. I am very happy with the results.
I've been going to Target Zone Fitness since March 2021 and my partner for about three years. Great gym, very clean with excellent equipment. Personal Trainer Steve listens attentively to our needs and coaches us through our exercises. Our normal schedule is three mornings a week, but Steve is able to make adjustments when we travel or have conflicts to maintain our regimen. We highly recommend Target Zone Fitness.
Steve is an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable and patient.
