This is not normal for our personnel, but we do have some newer employees. We would like to have this information to further train the employees. I apologize for this. Glad to see someone is finally trying to fix the place. I stopped going there because it looked like a war zone. Couldn't see very far on the pistol side. Everything was shot up. Kudos on finally trying to make it look decent. I may come back more often if you keep making changes.

Great price and very friendly counter help. Big guy with the beard made my purchase of a new handgun easy and well informed. I will be back in for my next purchase and to use the range.
I been to several different gun shops in the tristate looking to replace my wife's stolen revolver. Jef at Target World went out of his way to help us get the perfect fit for her even tho her couldn't convert her over to a semiautomatic yet lol also the employees at the range counter were very friendly. I will never go back to Point Blank very rude and pushy

I purchased an M&P 15 from an out of state dealer and did the transfer through Target World. When I went to pick up the firearm at Target World I will say there was a wait due to other customers being helped, but they did a great job helping asking who is next, however, I do recommend they go to a ticket system like a deli would use. Anyway I was helped by Dan R. Dan was very helpful and offered to teach me about the firearm and how to break it down. Bought a gun and did have some problems. Calling and going to the store didn't resolve our issues. However, I got ahold of whomever monitors their Facebook messenger and problem was solved very quickly.
