Rife with incompetence. Poor communication. This seems to be the singular window manufacturer that can not figure out what a QMID for tax purposes is. They claim to not have a code required by the IRS? How is that possible? Having called several window companies, not a single manufacturer has this problem except Target Windows.
+++++ Used these windows for several replacements. Will be using them again for future projects. Super fair pricing for the quality.
