Hannah Griffin has been great to work with: Prompt communication, very accommodating scheduling, and does tidy work on-site. On the back end, Bill Griffin has been amazingly prompt in comms and easy as pie to work with. If you're local to Rush (where they are) or nearby, I highly recommend them.
I had a problem with lots of ants, box elder bugs, stink bugs, wasps and spiders. After spraying the problem with all of these was eliminated. I also have had a problem with carpenter bees and annually have killed about 60 each year in carpenter bee traps. Bill Griffin said the spraying wouldn't eliminate them but would slow them down. I hung 1 bee trap a week before the spraying and caught 6 bees. After spraying I hung 5 more traps.
