Target optical was fantastic! Exam was very thorough and everyone was very kind. 10/10!!
My eye exam went great! I was politely greeted by the nice ladies working there. I was well informed about the purpose of each eye test. The remote doctor was very kind and thorough. Finally the nicest lady assisted me with choosing the perfect frames and helped me to complete my visit by reviewing charges/insurance etc. I felt welcomed and cared for through out the entire process. Great job Target Optical! Now I see why both my dad and aunt referred me here!
Staff explained everything very well. Friendly and quick service
A complete and total waste of time. They do not have an on-site doctor. They use a virtual doctor on a tablet who cannot write you a prescription for your glasses or contacts. So there's really no point of going, they just refer you to go to somewhere that has an optometrist on site., this is something they need to tell people that they don't have an actual doctor on site and they're not going to be able to fit them for eyeglasses or contacts. I don't even understand the purpose of them being in business.
