I wasn't going to leave a review but got your pestering text and email. OD and OS was switched on prescription. Brought back glasses to get it switched. Was given an eye exam appointment without contacting me by text and email. The time and date appointment wouldn't work for me. Tried to reschedule through links but it wouldn't let me. Finally worked, rescheduled only for only a couple hours later. Got to store for appointment, I was told I didn't have to go for the appointment that was given me. The two young ladies who helped my wife and I were outstanding! Professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable! Excellent job! I will be back to get my glasses!
The staff were all lovely. But I left not feeling confident that I received quality care or a reliable prescription due to the optomologist being remote.
