It’s weird having a telehealth appointment with the doctor. Technician was great though!
The eye clinic is a telehealth clinic so the doctor consults virtually via video call. Maybe not ideal for everyone, but the doctor was good and the technician was very professional. It went very smoothly.
Eye exam with remote doctor of optometry works very well for me. The technician used high tech equipment to capture image and video of retina and uploaded for my doctor, and the doctor share the image and her comments on my image. It will be even better if they can generate a pdf file summary with images and comments from the doctor.
