Came in to get a PD measurement, which Target Optical's own website suggests is possible, it even says to 'book an eye exam in store' if you're having trouble finding your PD. When I asked if I could pay for one, I was told they would only provide a PD measurement if I purchased glasses from them. This feels misleading. The website implies PD measurements are accessible to customers, but in practice the policy is to withhold it unless you buy.
