Sarah is the best she needs a raise! This time there was some complication with a new hire and the attitude she had for no reason, I only had stopped in to see if my order was ready, and she was very rude. Did not want to get up on the table and when I came back and asked for Sarah, like I usually do, she fixed it and made me a very happy customer. I will definitely be back.

The sales and service team are great. They’re great at finding just the right frame for my face. I drive across town past several Target optical stores to work with the staff here. They understand all of the insurance ands administrative stuff and get straight to the customer / patient experience. The extra half hour drive is worth it. Strongly recommend.
