The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The Doctor was informative and provided great care. I was able to get a new pair of glasses and provided a discount as well. Thank you both for all you do!
Worst customer service ever. All I wanted to know was whether my glasses arrived so I called and they kept disconnecting the call. I called more than 30 times during their business hours and they kept disconnecting. After so many tries someone picked up and was rude enough like "what do you want, what, what", who speaks like that at a business? They took more than 2 weeks to make a basic prescription glasses.
