Customer service was trash. First I couldn’t tell if she was talking to me or another customer or if she was on her phone. Went for eye exam. I filled all my paper and insurance online. But I had to wait 20 minutes because of paper and insurance. Even after eye exam I told her all I want is prescriptions. She tells me to look for glasses frames with nasty attitude .
