I wasn't sure what to expect from Target for eye care. I've been wearing glasses my whole life and it seems that I often have issues with lenses being right in recent years. Well, I can't say enough about Dr. Pham. She was professional, pleasant, very knowledgeable, patient; I adjusted to my new lenses in a day. Wonderful experience all around. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the woman who helped me pick out my sunglass frames. She was super helpful in making a choice. Thank you both so much! I will be returning.
Optician was having a personal phone call through her earbuds for the entirety of my visit, even during my pre-exam tasks like the eye-puff and during interactions with me to update my insurance information. Actual exam lasted less than 5mins, where the only thing that was checked was my prescription.
