Mrs Reva was extremely helpful during my selection process. She pointed out what would and wouldn’t work for me. She was right again and I’m extremely happy with my new pair of spectacles.
Called to check if they accept a certain vision insurance plan. Instead of taking time to check I was straight up told NO. The website clearly states they accept the vision plan I inquired about at this location.
The most seamless experience I’ve had at the eye doctor. Dr. Pham was so friendly and answered all questions, and I was in and out within 30 minutes.
This business is blatantly breaking Maryland law which requires both glasses and contact prescriptions to be written for two years, not one, unless there is a valid medical reason given in writing. When you inquire, they are rude as hell, hang up on you, and outright lie - as if you don’t know your own rights. It’s is so obviously a money grab that it’s laughable. Avoid at all costs.
