The personnel is extremely professional and prepared. I’ve been doing my yearly eye check up here for 3 years and they change the screw of your glasses for free if it unscrews for any reason
Hands down the worst experience with staff that were not only rude, but also incompetent. The ONLY reason this review has more than one star was because they have a female staff member who was wonderful. This optical center had a middle aged man (who I believe to be the manager) who used the wrong prescription to order our glasses, insisted this was correct prescription, and eventually offered to replace one lens as consolation.
