Our experience with Target optical was quick, easy and very professional. Jimmy was very helpful and we are happy with our new glasses.
Jimmy at Target Fortuna Dumfries Optical department is really good at what he does. Customer service was above average. Communication was super clear and explanations of my order, options and coverage were extra good. He’s really a people person and made the normal stressful experience of choosing and ordering eyewear more than pleasant.
It was a great and simple experience. Had great help from Jimmy when it came down to picking glasses and setting up delivery and everything.
Needs improvement and better employees with more knowledge.
