I want to say that I was very satisfied with my eye doctor and the exam itself. However, I’m very disappointed with the ordering process for my glasses. I placed my order about 12 days ago and was told they would arrive within 10 days. When I called after 10 days, I was told they hadn’t even received my glasses yet. Two days later, I called again and was told my order had only just been received 2 days ago, and that I would need to wait another 8 days. That means I’ll be waiting around 20 days in total.
