The optometrist is excellent, but the front desk experience is consistently unprofessional. I was told I would receive a call back regarding my insurance and never did. When I called again, the front desk employee who answered shifted blame, offered no apology, and communicated in a blunt, unclear manner. Instead of simply handling the issue, he gave unnecessary commentary about how long a simple task expected of them would take, then cut off what I was saying without confirming next steps or a clear timeline.
