A convenient, well-run, and kind operation. The brother and sister optometrist duo both provide professional, conscientious service, and the frames salesperson adjusted frames for me even though I bought them elsewhere.
They impose extra fees without informing the patient. I called yesterday after confirming with my insurance that the extra charge was not justified and should have been explained in advance. The receptionist mocked me, blamed me for not reading the fine print, then raised his voice, told me never to come back, and hung up. No patient should be treated this way.
They sneak in extra charges for services you didn’t consent to, then blame you for not catching it in the fine print. Very predatory
Today I went because my glasses were in bad condition and the lady with glasses and short hair fixed them for me without charging me, thank you.
Every time I've taken my son there, we were treated with great customer service. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
