Fast and easy experience to get prescription lenses! Great service
Great, friendly, and fast service
This location lacks in its customer service. I ordered my glasses through the site and got the notification they were ready to be picked up. Once I get there, I was told I had to wait a few more days as it wasn’t ready. The employee there was not helpful in coming up with any solutions.
I've been coming here for years; optometrists and staff are always extremely friendly and willing to patiently help you with any of your vision needs. For those that are looking for a very specific prescription, they can go to 1/8 of a diopter as opposed to most optometrists can only do 1/4 diopter increments. Would recommend to anyone, easy 5 stars. Keep up the great work!
Disappointed with Product Quality and Customer Service I initially had a good experience when purchasing my glasses, but unfortunately, after a few weeks, cracks started appearing in the lenses. The store was helpful and replaced the lenses, suggesting that they might have been too large. I was advised to return if the issue occurred again.
