Excellent front desk, sales service! Haven’t been to the Dr for exams yet, but was very impressed with Craig, who helped me with insurance questions and eye wear details. I’ve been to several local eye care offices and I have to say that Target Optical not only exceeded my expectations, but outperformed the other offices in customer service. I’ll report back after I get my next exams
The whole family comes here now. They’re always so friendly, considerate and accommodating. Can’t recommend Dr. Sibal and her team highly enough :)
I went in for my first eye exam ever and the entire staff was incredibly helpful. The doctor and staff got me through the process with ease and explained everything very well. Craig helped me out on picking frames and demonstrated extensive knowledge on picking frames and guiding me through the process. I would recommend Target Optical and Dr. Sibal for any eye and glasses needs.
I paid $350 for glasses that badly distort my vision. I requested a return examination and asked that the optical property that distorted my vision be removed from the replacement lenses -- the optometrist would not do this! I received replacement (?) lenses that were identical to the first pair and these are equally useless! $350 wasted. Never again will I patronize Target Optical. Also, I ordered black frames, but I received blue frames.
Everyone was amazing! Very courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend for examination and purchasing frames. Definitely will be coming back.
