Blin was extremely helpful in fixing my glasses (they were slipping off of my nose due to the nose pads being worn down). I didn’t even get my glasses from Target but she told me she just wanted me to be happy. She also cleaned them very well after replacing the nose pads. Great experience and customer service!

The frames of my glasses where they rest on the ears were skewed after I accidentally dropped them. I also was missing nose pads. I called target optics and asked them if they do repairs and they said yes. I came in 30 minutes later and Blyn helped me. She took my glasses and repaired them for me as well as installed the nose pads. It took maybe 10 minutes, not that long, and the glasses were as good as new! It didn’t even cost anything!!!
