I wish I could give more stars, but my glasses suck. The staff are all nice but I have been back 4 times for faulty eyeglasses. The frames are total cheap junk. They become loose and fall off of my head and then the lenses get scratched up. The arms on the frame just fall off or are so loose and flimsy, they just flop around. I go back in and they send them back for new frames and lenses. I asked for an entirely new frame, but they won’t do it. So I guess replacing my current frames and lenses, over and over, is cheaper?? Craig in the optical center was amazing. He was working alone and handled his customers with quick service and a smile. We only waited 5 minutes and he was able to help us with our glasses. Thanks Craig!
I guess they lost my order. Pretty disappointing experience in general and the lady that helped me didn't seem to care.
