Great people who are attentive and knowledgeable.
The virtual doctor presence is a little funky, but otherwise an excellent experience getting my exam, follow up, and purchasing contact lenses. Friendly, accommodating staff and a surprisingly competitive price on my contacts as a first time costumer. Thanks to Ruby and her team.
Both store employees were very polite. Yaicia helped me and she was very patient. I had to bring my 2 year old with me and she was very understanding. She didn't make me feel rushed either. She has exceptional customer service and that just doesn't exist in today's world anymore.
