Had a great experience at the Target Optical Sunday 8/10/25. Dustin was a phenomenal salesperson who seemed to genuinely care. We were having a hard time choosing frames for my son. Dustin pulled out two pairs of frames from a drawer and asked my son to try them. They were both perfect and we ended up selecting one of his recommendations.throughout our entire time there Dustin was kind, patient, helpful, and had us leaving there feeling good about our purchase and your store. Thank you for a great experience.
I waited an hour to be seen. But the doctor explained he had prior patients with unusual issues. I placed an order for 2 pairs of glasses. 40 minutes later I called to ask if the order could be cancelled. I was told no. I feel this was unfair. I was told they start the orders immediately. Can this be true?
