This place is NOT deserving of the high rating it has on Google. I was treated so poorly by the store manager here named Katie, and disappointed at how she handled my eyeglass adjustments. She was curt, impatient, cold and dismissive to me when I asked for adjustments to my nose pads. She also told me very dismissively that I’ll never find glasses that will bend the way I want. Had the worst fitting experience here thanks to the attitude of a store manager named Katie who was rude, unhelpful and dismissive towards me. Would not recommend this target optical if you’re a minority with a different face shape and require further glass adjustments. She treated me like I was an inconvenience for needing adjustments and for asking simple questions, and was rather disrespectful and rude while I was getting eyeglass adjustments.
