Staff was very professional and through and eye exam was smooth and gentle. The staff explained my vision and recommended a good Frame for my new lenses. The department was clean and no odors and trash was empty and not over flowing. The staff members sanitized their hands before proceeding with exam and eye wears. Questions and concerns were promptly answered. Felt very happy and satisfied afterward. I appreciate all Staff that were helping and answering questions and concerns.
Scheduled an appointment and they called and said they'd call if there was any insurance problem. No one called, but when I showed up at the store they said the "computer was down" and they couldn't verify my insurance. Wouldn't the time to tell me that be before I got down there like you said? Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Won't be going back.
I truly value the care provided by Dr. Phillip, but unfortunately, I am facing some challenges in returning for future visits. During my consultation, I specifically requested an upgraded reading prescription. Dr. Phillip mentioned that the new prescription might be slightly too strong and adjusted it accordingly. After the visit, I ordered two pairs of glasses, one for home and one for work.
