Dr. Vazhappilly and Robby took such good care of me. They were friendly kind and answered all my questions. The process was effficient and quick. I will return. Would recommend this location highly.
First impression was not great. It is a nook where they are located inside of the store and I almost thought it was closed because of how dark it was. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and checked-in anyways. Customer service was ridiculous. The woman did not greet me and was on the phone (air pod in ear) loudly talking while checking me in. I recently had an eye exam and ordered contacts at this Target Optical, and the entire experience was fantastic. Manager Astria went above and beyond and truly surpassed my expectations—she made sure I was completely comfortable, let me try different samples to find the right contacts, helped me get the best financial deal, and was just incredibly thorough and caring.
