Love this optical store specially the staff! Howard is the best, helped me out multiple times with glasses repair! And Dr Bonnie, the best out there, so friendly and very thorough with the eye exam! A+ all the way!
I ordered my eye glass almost two weeks now they don't even return call if i call never pick phone saying leave message left the message still not reply 🙏

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. The store claims it’s open until 6:00 PM, yet customers are clearly not served until that time. I arrived at 5:30 PM and waited about 15 minutes, only to be told by two employees that I had to come back the next day because they wanted to close the register. I was not asking for an exam—just to place a simple lens order. I drove 20 minutes to get there, and being turned away while the store was still officially open is ridiculous. I have been coming to target optical for the last 8 years or more due to the outstanding service and attention to detail as well as the caring attitude. There exception to detail is extraordinary. They have a great inventory and selection of glasses, I also love how you can return for adjustments and repair if needed with no problem. I highly recommend recommend target optical. Employee Pauline is simply the best.
