The associate did an awesome job by replacing the nose pads on my eye glasses. The nose pad cracked while I was at work and needed them replaced right away. Thank you for taking care of me.
Great service, definitely recommend! Dr Paik has been very thoughtful and visited both me and my partner without rush and a lot of care, also explaining how to better take care of my sight. The staff was very kind and welcoming, giving precious and honest opinion on the frame the best fit my face. I would come back for the next checkup

Brought my son in for adjustment and they made us wait 20 mins to tell me they can’t adjust his glasses. Made me wait til they processed a whole eyeglass order, one associate sat in the back and took care of no one for 5 mins before asking her coworker what were we waiting for instead of asking us
