It was a great experience. Veronica in the optical department was so attentive and patient and a joy to be around. She was very personable as well as polite. No wait time. High quality with a year’s protection policy for both frames and lens that I can use multiple times. Great pricing. Great selection. Highly recommended. Barbara
Honest review After purchasing glasses they request you to leave 5 stars because that’s how they “get raises”. I went to get an eye exam then afterwards I purchased glasses. Tried on the glasses a few weeks but the prescription was off so I had to return them. The great thing was that they offered to redo the exam and correct the prescription.
Sandy is the best! She’s so knowledgeable and sweet. Very grateful she was my sales associate.
Naomy was fantastic to work with! She is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! She helped me with lenses for my frames. She is so friendly and talkative that she made me feel at ease with the purchase that I made!! Because of her, I will be visiting Target Optical again!! Thank you, Naomy!!
