I used to be a patient here in 2022. I didn’t like the optometrist that I had which is Dr. G. She wasn’t too friendly and didn’t feel like she didn’t want to serve me at all. Also, she was unhelpful and didn’t want to help at all. Dr. G didn’t had any enough patience with me during the eye exam. If she didn’t have enough patience with me, then she could have stopped the eye exam and have me reschedule with another optometrist. I wish I could ask for another optometrist. Silvia from the Target approvals in Fairlakes shopping was extremely helpful during my visit. Very client oriented and I will certainly go back for Silvia’s sincere customer service. I wanted quick delivery of my glasses but Silvia did not over promise anything which I appreciate and she gave a work around!
