Mir provided excellent service to me today. He was extremely busy yet took the time to make sure that I Understood all the options and got the best deal for my eyewear. He even stayed 30 minutes after the store closed to finalize my sale. I will continue to use target optical because of his service.
The customer service here was great. There was no wait, they had a great stock, their prices were good, and they worked very quickly through everything. I couldn't be happier.
Amber spent some time with me to help me pick out frames. I had a very specific style in mind and she looked through every display and drawer until we found the right pair! Then Richard and Amber rejuvenated my current pair of glasses with a new screw (after getting out the existing screw which was stuck; hard to do with those tiny screws) and tightening, and then tightened my backup pair as well. They were both very patient and helpful. Thank you!
