Got an email to confirm my appointment. Seven hours later, after work, I went to confirm the appointment and they said I had to reschedule and that my original appointment was no longer available. I scheduled my appointment again and took off work for that day. They then call me the DAY BEFORE to tell me that my insurance doesn't renew until a week later and that I'd have to reschedule again!! I have insurance!! ??? Very confusing.
