Today March 4, 2026 I visited the Target Optical in South Elgin and while waiting to be taking care by the staff, Catie walked pass in front of me and totally ignored me. She asked a customer that was standing behind me " can I help you". As I walked away dissatisfied, the customer apologized to me as she was a witness of what just happened. I'm not sure why I was ignored and by-passed. I hope that this won't happen again as I plan to visit the store again.
Geneva was great! Definitely go see her for glasses or contacts!
