I had an amazing experience with Moure, the store manager, and Hayley at Target Optical. I had been trying to resolve an issue with my father’s Oakley Meta glasses and had gone back and forth trying to figure out the warranty process. Moure and Hayley took the time to listen, understand the situation, and actually help us get it resolved. They were both extremely kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making things right. the eye doctor gave me the wrong prescription even though I brought old lenses. She told me there too bad to measure. Ok, but the 1st prescription she gave me way off. Week later came in and gave me a new prescription, but I can't see furter than 20' and I know I have to hold items' arms length away from face to see clearly. She also wrote down a number on a card and put it in her drawer. When I asked, she dismissed my question. To me its relevant because 2 days later, my left eye was burning.
Nice, helpful and professional staff.
Moure was awesome! He was incredibly helpful and kind, making sure I found glasses that were perfect for me.
