There were 3 people working and all were nice and helpful. Nicole, the manager, is the one who actually helped me with buying my glasses and she is great! She was willing to help at every point and did her best to get me the best prices with the best quality. This was the 2nd time I have been at this location due to the friendly and helpful staff after poor and mediocre service at other optical stores.

Nicole was friendly & took care of all our insurance before hand. Family friendly. Dr. was informative & explained things in a way my son & I understood. We will be coming back!
I had an online order and chose this Target Optical location as my pickup store. My order was first marked as “delivered,” but when I went to the store, I was told they hadn’t received anything. Three days later, it was marked as “ready for pickup,” but when I arrived, I got the same response again. I came here to potentially fill an eyeglass prescription and the brunette lady working here is horribly rude and unfriendly. Her attitude towards me was awful. I know I’m not coming back here to fill my prescription.
