We've gone to several chain eye glass stores. And Target Optical will definitely be our go to from now on. They staff is super friendly and explained everything. Helped find the right size of frames (my husband needs a wider frame, which usually means a limited number and they are hard to find). During my visit to the store I received great customer service. The rep took a lot of time focusing on what I wanted. She then spent more time assisting me in selecting and trying on many, many frames. After that she reviewed the details and cost of the order.I walked out with a smile on my face, totally satisfied with the entire process.
Excellent customer experience! Everyone in the office was kind and helpful, especially John. Dr. W made some good recommendations for my new prescription so I am excited to get my new glasses!
