I had every intention of writing a long lengthy review of my experience just on the phone with Amy, but what's the point? Look at the reviews, and the length of content in those negative reviews over a long period of time.... clearly this Dr. Sheldon doesn't give a crap, so I recommend everyone just go somewhere else. Long story short... Amy is the absolute worst, and Dr. Sheldon apparently doesn't accept eyemed insurance according to Amy... even though every other Target optical does.
Associate not dressed professionally, eating a hamburger while we waited. The optometrist came out of her office late eating nuts or seeds talking about emailing her Aunt. We showed up early but they didn't take us in so we left. Very unprofessional environment...I would never go there again. Target seems to be taking a downhill turn in customer service these days.
Brand new department here. Very good selection of modern and colorful frames, stylish too. They were very patient with me for over an hour.
After waiting at least 20 minutes for someone to help him, one of the employees working here told my husband, "I don't think this is a plan that we work with, and I don't have time to look it up." We will gladly take our business elsewhere after that kind of customer service.
I was so excited to learn that Target Optical took my Vision Insurance. They have a great selection of frames and the prices are right on "target".
First time I came here was a few years ago with a very nice, professional optometrist. She was a woman who took her time and who got my prescription correct. I return 2 years later to update to contacts. This time it's a new doctor (a man) who rushed my appointment. He told me I had slight astigmatism (which I already knew since I've worn contacts in the past), but he didn't feel it was necessary to prescribe the contact lenses designed for astigmatism due to how slight it was. The doctors were very rude and unprofessional they rushed threw my Appointment and gave me a prescription that gave me a headache. When I came back to get a new prescription they were even more rude. Do not use the doctors here. They did not wash their hands or sanitize the equipment between patients.
They shouldn't have a walk in welcome sign if walking aren't welcomed.
I was charged for a doctor's fee of $60.00 that was not covered under my vision coverage. When I was paying after my eye check-up, I was shocked because this member's rep was telling me, I owe 60.00 for a Dr's fee because the Doctor did measure my contacts. First of all, I was not aware that, it was not covered. Second of all, the doctor did not disclose that, because if she did, I would have said no since I just had mine 6 months ago.
