Excellent service, excellent evaluation, and in-office help was superb, helping me to choose new glasses and frames. The store manager, Karine, was especially helpful - what a great employee!
All positive with helping me to find a new frame to fit my budget and desires. Will pickup new glasses in 14 days or maybe sooner. Happy customer.
The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a foreign object in my eye. Even though Dr. Kotecki did not have the tools to remove it, he took the time to call several places until he found one he could refer me to the same day. He did not charge me.
