The eye exam and in store experience was fine, however, I ordered through the Target Optical website and was promised an easy return when I was called out of town for an extended period of time and unable to pick up my order. It has been 2 months of back-and-forth with the main Target Optical office with no refund yet.

My last several eye exams have been performed by Dr. Max. The doctor is very thorough and explains his findings. The optician (Yesenia) was pleasant and helpful. Nice experience.
